Take out the Phase Recluses, take out some Aether Towers and add another Fractal. It'll be hard to juggle the Recluses and Fractals since your  :aether quanta will be completely drained several times. More Aether Towers isn't the answer.
I agree better to stick to one strategy. This deck looks good though should hopefully work in pvp

permafrost shield because it is so good at hitting burrowed/quintessanced creatures and obviously is one of the most annoying shield to face int he game
