i saw this a couple times in t50 today
the main weakness seems to be lack of healing/damage reduction
i would take out the spine carapace, you only really need the jade and permafrost
then add like 3 SoG's or something
also, you're doing too many things at once
first of all, you need the afla and the RoL to get anything going, not to mention theres only one of each

Before you say no change, give me one deck that can use this effectively in a deck
Seriously, weak in attack and health, not to mention it requires a different element for its ability
I guess the ability itself is ok, except it is really out shadowed by snipe, rage, and those other raw damage skills
deserves a better cc creature
