wow, i really like this. as lord_midnight said, life already has a growth creature in forest spirit/specter, but not one that finally gives rustler a real purpose. i'd like to see it used in multiples, but as it drains all your quanta this makes it more difficult. perhaps instead of draining quanta you could have it do something like:

Natural Wrath - 3 :life: Protector gains +1/+1 for each 5  :life quanta. Protector is destroyed at end of turn.

i think an easy way to fix these cards would be to change the 'if' clause to something more situational. like, 'if you have no cards in your hand', or 'if you have exactly seven cards in your hand'. the latter would mean no card advantage as you would have to discard.

the deck says mark is light, but below you mention mark is aether?

if the mark is aether, i'd probably cut it down to 6 aether towers so you have room for a couple more SoGs. also, i'm not sure about the number of dragons/fractals. multiples of both in the opening hand will slow the deck down. you could easily drop one light dragon as it isn't needed until later in the game.

Do you thought of using Earth Mark? You you save a lot of Pests this way.
like icebreaker said, you are better off just trying to set up enough pests to lock them down completely, so they don't even have enough quanta to play a firestorm/plague.

mark? i assume it's entropy?

on first glance, there are many cards i'd include over plague. graveyard, pulvy/eternity, another SoG, i think another phoenix would be best though since that seems to be the best fractal target.

aside from that, it looks pretty cool.

i've been messing with a deck similar to this in trainer. it's essentially the same except it wasn't running boneyard. boneyard seems like it would gum up your side of the board because you have no way to remove them. without them you can just fractal the retroviruses over and over again, sac them to pump up your condors/bonewalls and in the process free up room for even more viruses.

i'm still not the greatest fan of this card, but with the nerf it seems okay now.

this would be a reasonable assumption.
