Game Suggestions and Feedback / About changing passwords

Good day to all Elements forum moderators...
I was just thinking if there is an option for our accounts to have the change password & password recovery option, and account (game account) customization.
I posted this idea, for i had an account before (forgot the name already though...) that i can't open, because i forgot my password, & a friend of mine got his account used by others, for one saw his password.
Is there an option like this already? If not, I strongly suggest that this option(s) would be applied, for a more secure accounts to all Elements players.
I hope my request could be granted, for it is for the benefit of all players.
