General Discussion / Re: Pillar / Pend Split: How helpful is it?
« on: March 16, 2011, 08:36:06 am »
Except rainbows, I can't see no deck that  don't deserve at least one pendulum. *

Even with the duo ones which are supposed to be mark powered, just think about how devourers destroy them.

With duo ones that uses equally two quanta source, starting draw with only one type of pillar can mean a defeat.

*edit: I forgot about pillarless deck  :D

Duo-Decks / Re: the funnest deck i have played :D

Without any testing, I may consider changing some quanta pillar to water ones, turn your mark to aether and add some quintescence.

Because six creature is little against CC.

Aether mark will also help you play dim. shields.

I have to say that you reconciled myself with FG fighting with this deck.

Water / Anti rush deck
« on: March 05, 2011, 04:54:35 pm »
This deck is pure crazyness against 30 cards rushes that doesn't pack CC. And there is plenty of them around.

Stall at its best, hooray to water.

Probably better with more lances as it is able to block weapon and sometimes even kill your opponent.
But I'm lacking electrums right now.

I'm gonna be hated a lot as you'll find it in top50. Sorry rushers !
Anyway, AI will probably screw its power.

Water / Re: Arctic Squid / Arctic Octopus

I like this buff.

I was also thinking about another one that would make it just a little more efficient against CC.

What about freezing the creature that devoured it ??

This unique passive skill would also goes well with its rarity status.

In my opinion, you should not claim a 63% victory in your title regarding your statisitic.

You've been lucky with your encounters, and need a lot more games to prove such an efficiency.

I especially like your 2 victories against lion heart for a total of 1 games played that still led to 100% victory.

And you're even supposed to have played 1 more game than the total of your victories + defeats.

I mean no offenses but something is not right.

That's strange that basilik blooded creatures still produce quanta compare to the ones frozen.

Deck Help / Re: i have an idea, quinted adrenalin flying druid staff
« on: March 01, 2011, 08:47:50 pm »
Rely more on staff so you won't need all this shield and miracle.
Imagine if you start with 3 shields in your hand and 2 miracle, those are dead cards for the begining.
For such a deck 6 staves is a must.

Cut the deck size and you'll got less drawing problem. Maybe turn your mark to life and try not go over 40 cards, even less if you can.

Then try adding momentum. High synergy with adrenaline and bypass any shield.

General Discussion / Re: Element for deckout
« on: March 01, 2011, 08:32:04 pm »
I made several deck out decks but they involved elements that don't fit your list. I'm upset whit it.

life through spine carapace and healing ability or water with permafrost and innundation, both of them coupled with earth for protecting artifact, quick sand and end game granite skin.

Just won one more today and noticed the quote from the oracle. Mouahaha.

I forgot to take a screen shot but it was something like "you'll explode Zanzarino's head if only you'll use it"

I hope somebody will soon add the exact sentence to this thread.

Patch Notes and Development News / Re: Card Usage Statistics now live
« on: February 25, 2011, 09:46:42 am »
I don't agree with people saying water need a buff.

Being not often used doesn't mean it is underpowered.

That just because it involves a playing style that not many follow, some kind of stall.
That's why earth or light spare the bottom ranks.
