I'd go as far as the mono towers give 3 when they come in and 1 per turn.
2 per turn would be slightly too much.. sadly.. unless... they were limited to 6 per deck and renamed to be a different card so you could still use the current day towers.
That's exactly in line with what I think. 2/turn is too much but an initial boost on quanta is enough to make mono decks faster and thus more competitive
Unfortunately no amount of extra quanta will allow a mono-deck to out-damage the gods, thus rendering such buff to pillars ineffective in that regard. The real strength of rainbow and aether against false gods are shields, and rainbow has them all: bone wall, phase shields, sundials, and to a lesser degree, dissipation;
Well, buffing pillars could at least partially solve the problem. I'd say any duo-decks of either Aether, Time, Entropy or Death combined could be made competitive against gods, because stronger pillars would allow people to build decks with 2 different kinds of pillars + a mark, effectively allowing good defense. Imagine Aether with lots of quanta and using mark of time to draw sundials when the phase shields are down... this could really boost the effectiveness of these elements against gods.
Anything outside those 4 would still be worthless against gods, even after buffed quanta.
