May I ask why you chose Darkness for this card?  I could see a card effect like this working for a couple different elements (perhaps one that lags behind and could use help).

Eh, sounds about right.  Ability should still use Time, though.  I'm not really a fan of any element having to fork over its namesake ability just to make decks without it happy.

Eh, sounds about right.  Ability should still use Time, though.  I'm not really a fan of any element having to fork over its namesake ability just to make decks without it happy.

Okay, the card can be Death, but still Time cost to Hasten. I mean, what's the problem? Just splash it. And Time has monopoly over Hasten in the same way as Scarabs still need Gravity to Devour.
Agreed, my point exactly.  Thanks for thinking of a better comparison than I did.

If you really, really wanted to share in Time's one unique ability, then what if you made it 2 Death to play, 2 Death to activate, lose 5hp/turn?

Well, I don't think a Time deck would really be interested in a 1/3 better Supernova.  For more than twice as much.  If they would use each of these colors, then why wouldn't they use a Supernova instead?

And the Stone Guardian idea is somewhat OP.  Allow me to explain by way of breakdown.

Earlier, there was a Time creature suggested with the same power.  I would look up who posted it, (I think it was called Clockmaker, or something) but ultimately it is unimportant.

That creature was:
1) Decidedly uber-rare.
2) Had a toughness of 3, not 8.  Ergo, fairly killable.
3) He also placed himself in a bubble, making both creatures sit out for a turn.
4) Was mono-Time (keeping the ability in the family, as it were), and not part of a two-color combination that is commonly understood to be more powerful than that.

And even then, was relatively OP.

If all else was identical about this creature, but it was part of a two-color combination not commonly employed, like water/time or something, than it would give that combination power, and decks would be built around it.  As it stands, enough people recognize that Earth/Time has enough (possibly too much) power when compared to other elemental combinations.

Sorry, I am not trying to only shoot down your ideas, I just don't have time right now to offer suggestions on fixing it.  But good job on card design and art, I think I can see the direction you are trying to go with these cards, and I look forward to seeing the evolution of the time-bubble creature idea.

What happens upon destruction of the Burrow?  Common sense would say the creatures would be unprotected...

If you made it a Life card, and kept the cost Earth, that would be neat.  Life needs help more than Earth does, and it makes sense for animals to hide in the wild.

what you are talking about is actually a flaw with SoGs.

Unlike Bonds they heal you after you attack, meaning getting EM is alot harder, a simple fix is make healing happen BEFORE attacks.  i just didnt get EM cause my shards didnt heal till after i won and i was 1  hp away.
This happens to me a lot.  Exceptionally frustrating, that the order of operations does not always allow me to bandage that 2HP before my weapon finishes off my opponent.  WTF, grr.  At least it is not an activated ability, that would be broken.

...But back to the topic, this change would mean that no one playing against a poison deck would be able to get elemental mastery, unless they took up space in their deck to place a purify.

I am perfectly fine with the way it is.  I would strongly oppose any change which denies people the chance to wipe the board (a complete victory), yet be denied total victory because they failed to place a single, specialized card in their deck on the off-chance that their opponent had even a single source of poison.

I believe that poison should have the same role it does now: an alternate means of dealing unblockable, cumulative damage that is immensely troublesome to get rid of, yet does not entirely prevent a player from triumphing over it.  Without said card.

Heh heh.  You finally found me out.  Guess I'll just have to start hacking the forums and replace all instances of my name with yours, to throw people off the track. 

I couldn't have fallen for this, I don't use my "becarem" account for anything in the game.  Not even certain when the last time I logged in was...But cruelly amusing nonetheless.
