Could you link the source of the art?

As for the card, I'm not sure how unique it is. I'm thinking that it might get support in something like Fractal Chargers for added damage or Pegasi rush, interestingly the attack boost could also combo with the upgraded Thorn Carparace. I'd say it's unique enough, considering cards like Tower Shield and Dagger in comparison to cards like Skull Buckler and Vampire Dagger.

I made this card for a lot of possiblities, this card even simple can help for a lot of deck. I think it fits elements style.

If your art's source image is larger than 256x256, you should crop it square, then resize, so it fills the entire art area on the card.  If it's less, I guess you could crop it square, then enlarge, though it would produce antialiasing.  I can do it for you, if you link me the original.

Scary... Now Dimensional Shield can be played 12 times which means the opponent can't attack for 36 turns...  :-X
dimensional shield doesnt sounds like a spell.

I guess its not too bad, weaker than eclipse in the sense of attack gain, but stronger in diversity, essentially the same effect but with all creatures.
Im not sure if repeating a card effect in another element is going to supported.
is it meanwhile its on the field or it just adds the attack?
it add +1 attack and its permanent, I think the mechanism is same as eclipse like its not stackable still not sure if it will be kinda OP or not if stackable,
the idea i like is if u're opponent have strong but less creatures u can be stronger even using little creatures.

AND it stay in the battlefield
so its meanwhile its on field? its too identical to eclipse, not sure if a mechanic should be repeated again, maybe its diversity will be supported.
yeah meanwhile on field, work as a permanent not as a spell.
i think just add a +1 once a time will not fits elements.

But exactly what link does this have with Time? I could see it with Light (if light represents good) with Light disarming people to have peace, but that would interfere with Crusader, so... yeah.
Ah. I didn't realize its element when I saw it for the first time. I think even "other" suits better, but if you decide this way, the cost should be increased.

What exactly does a pharaoh or scarab (time isn't exactly Egyptian last i checked) or a fate egg (random = entropy) have to do with time?

pharaoh, egypt still shining nowaday even from past i think it fits  :time, scarab also for same reason and sync.
but i agree fate egg should have a  :entropy ability cost, it fits  :entropy random
but if skill cost was  :entropy fate egg will need a buff, cause this card would be to much UP for that dual cost.

I think that's because Pharaoh is just someone from the past, Scarab makes something decayed faster, and Fate Egg will hatch along with the time. Each one of them does make sense at all.
no it doesnt, because thats like saying a train is related with time because it makes transport faster. doesnt make sense at all. I could just apply anything that has something to do with speed and consider it as time. unless you take the time measuring unit of light years, thats more time related, because its something that measures time rather than distance.
and fate egg is random creatures, imo it has more to do with  :entropy, but thats a discussion for another time.

Don't forget you need the quanta for each play, thats another reason I strayed from the secondary "double cast" idea.
That would give you two spells at the cost of one.
does good pillar production mean anything to you?
does wasting one random quanta necessarily have such a huge affect on your production? i dont think so.
especially if you use duo or trio deck, and with up pillars you can first play double spell then put the pillar to get the quantum you need while be sure there is no waste.
i love tricky decks, its always better to play deck which need little more reflexion.

Card idea: Permanent to give more power to each player, but will be a big plus for big armies, lot of way to use it and also way to counter or synergise for exemple flood ( the still non-used card ^^)
