The upped Spy has 0 att :P but the spy is meant to be frail. as for the 2 damage, its so he doesn't look suspicious, since he is a spy

No i understand that part, but like i said:
Its a -2hp/turn in trade for constant surveillance of your opponents hand.

But the idea of having a positive attack for the non-upped is so you essentially pay 2 hp a turn to see their hand.

Hey i'm WhitEOuT. Not very good at this game, but i have like a gazillion card ideas.
I remember i played this game for like a week back when all the cards were made in spore  :))
