So the basic strategy is to last long enough to pop a scorpion and a blessing in the same turn (preferably an adrenaline as well) whenever you can, and the rest of the time use the other time cards and the Heals/Holy Light to stall long enough for the neurotoxin to set in. Also, obviously, the Reverse Times and Eternity help with inducing your opponent to make the neurotoxin more effective. I haven't lost against AI3 with it yet after ten tries, including Mono-Aether.

EDIT: Just had its first loss after six more tries, but it apparently was a glitch; the AI opponent never received any neurotoxin from the successful scorpion attacks...
