This affects applies to creatures controlled by either player.

This is the first in a series of Demesnes I plan to create which will each alter the playing field on both sides. Current plan is that different Demesnes' abilities can coexist, but identical (whether upped or unupped version) Demesnes' abilities will not stack, though both would have to be destroyed for the effect to end.

PEACH! :D

EDIT: See spoiler for original card idea.

Revive is not the same thing; you can play six Revives in a row. Spite allows you to be a twat, but only once (though SoS gives you two more turns).

I think  :darkness could use one of those nifty "blow all your Quanta" cards like Fractal and Miracle. Prevents those pesky 1HP near misses and also plays especially well with SoS.

Also, the Elves are easy enough to play off of the mark alone, and the RoL's and Rustlers/SoR's= plenty of mutants to go around. The RoL's/Rustlers/SoSe's= plenty of targets for mutation.

The blank cards are SoSe's, yes. The immos are there to generate one of each quantum in order to play the cards from SoSe's, just like the Novas (which, yes, would work better upped, but I'm upping other things right now). The Crimson Dragon is there to eat up the excess  :fire and deal damage. The Rustlers and SoR's are for the Fallen Elves (and the Fallen Druids that SoSe's seem to "consistently" generate). The Emerald Dragon is there to eat up excess  :life and deal damage. The thing works, believe me. It wins at least 75% of the time for me on AI3, but more valuably (again, to me), I consistently have fun doing it.

Duo-Decks / Re: The ultimate elemental mastery grinder

Yeah it turns out that the Bonds used to give you more health (2 per creature, I think), so that's why this could beat AI5.

For a really solid, FAST (as in, most games last 60-100 seconds and 6-9 turns) AI3 grinding deck, go with 6 each of Nova, Graboid, Phoenix, Gnome Rider, and Immolation. If you aren't dealing at least fifteen damage a turn by the second or third turn, something has gone wrong.

Deck Helper comment:
This deck was posted before the 1.32 game update and as a result may work very differently now.  Use at your own risk.

So I happened to have some RoLs upped already since I am in the process of making a RoL/Hope FG farmer (Damn you, Lobotomizer! How you tease me so.), and I felt like messing around with Shards of Serendipity. Wow, are these things fun! Guaranteed* to keep you engaged while farming AI3.

Yikes, that'll be tough without any QP's. Or at least folks'll have to get a little more creative with quanta generation. I like! :)

Hey guys, just wanted to pop in to say sorry for the cranky post and thanks very much for the helpful info and link! Also, if anything, SG's new deck is still pretty amazing, and rewinding/Eternity-ing skeletons is, if anything, even better since that patch. Especially since you can always rewind the fireflies.

Introduce Yourself / Dear Elements Community: Howdy There! Love, UserClone
« on: November 10, 2011, 11:04:29 pm »
Hi. I am called AWrinkleInTime in game, and I started playing Elements about a month ago when it was mentioned in the "Stuff to Watch" thread over at www.story-games.com by...I believe Jason Morningstar. Anyway. I immediately fell in love with it, as I enjoy CCGs, but despise the business model of them, which inherently forces you to spend a lot of money on them if you want to be in any way current and/or competetive. I enjoy that Elements is a living game, constantly updating, nerfing, buffing, and adding new cards (and even card TYPES!), and am just in every way imaginable enthused. So enthused that I made a sizable donation to help keep the game going (and to see what all this Shard business was about; I'd have chosen a couple of alt-art Chimeras if I ever thought I might use them).

Anyhow, it's great to be here, and I hope to stay for a long time.

Enthusiastically yours,
UserClone (AWrinkleInTime)

not everyone has been around long enough to know that the skeleton has not always had the ability.
Hence why you use timestamps.
Okay, not everyone knows that Skeleton EVER didn't have that ability. Like I said, I am new to the game and so I found the thing I quoted amusing. I ought to have known someone on the internet would get all butthurt over it. You were new to something too, once.
