Actually, now that I have thought about it, Xenocidius is right. One turn should be plenty if I bring the cost down to 3/2.

Does Pandemonium overshadow Chaos Seed?
Speaking of which, the moment I saw this card, I thought it should work like Pandemonium: That is, all creatures for unupped, and all of YOUR creatures for the upped version.

It's actually not important to use up all the :darkness quanta, since even if you play another Spite, the first one will kick in. I only want it to make you immune to damage & deckout.

Yup! Hence the somewhat high cost for a fairly crappy creature. if your opponent kills it with CC, you resurrect it as a phoenix.

Found this wonderful art of a blissful woodland spirit with wings of flame gracefully flying through the destruction it was apparently unaware that it had wrought. This is the result.

PEACH!

Ok, here's my reasoning: if you make it three turns, then it could cost 12 :water and STILL be broken. If you make it only last one turn, then it kind of sucks as a stall, because even if you chain them, you're spending all/most of your quanta production (early to mid-game, when quanta production matters most) on locking down theirs (or really, only half of theirs because they have a 50/50 pillar/pendulum split). So it still sucks. By locking down their quanta for two turns, you more-or less gain a one-turn advantage on quanta production. Please discuss.

So like around 9 or so? Consider also that most competent decks, even in mono, have a 50/50 pillar/pendulum split, as well as the simple fact that Enchant costs a mere 2 :earth.

Flare is absolutely correct about the comments, guys. It's all well and good that you don't like the card, but if you want anything to come of that (as in a better card?), you really need to be more constructive with your feedback. What, specifically, do you dislike about it? Thanks for your feedback, Flare, but what do you think would be a better fit? The original idea was "You are immune to damage and deckout. You lose the game at the end of your next turn." Unfortunately, I had issues with fitting that in the text box. Ideas?

I'll get on the art link as soon as I get home. I cropped it from art I found on a blog, and I'll contact the artist for permission. It may need to be replaced.

As for the Series thing, I plan to create a thread and link to it later. Is that ok, or should I just delete the placeholder for now?
