RULES FOR SIGNING UP:

Choose your FG
Post it's name. I'll take care of the rest.
No cards may be removed or added from the actual FG deck with the exception of nymphs and pillars.
You may remove nymphs from the FGs deck but not add any.
You may use any combination of pillars and/or pendulums.
Unupped cards ARE allowed, but if a card is significantly different upped, you must use it in the deck.

Welcome, all challengers, to this season's You Are the FG! PVP Event.  PVP Events are much like larger, longer versions of the weekly PVP tournament, but with some restricted deckbuilding rules.

You Are the FG! EVENT RULES

1. Joining

Who can join the Your Are the FG! event?
There are no restrictions. Anyone from a beginner or a seasoned veteran is welcome to join a You Are the FG! event!

Signing up
SIGN UPS ARE CLOSED!

Round Robin
The You Are the FG! Event will be a Round Robin event.  Each player will play each other player in a best-of-three match.  The player with the most victories at the end of the event wins!

2. Getting Ready

Building decks
There is no deckbuilding.  You must use the deck of the FG you choose to play, except you may use any combination of pillars and pendulums that you see fit.  Any other modifications for usability must be run by Thelonesun first.

Matches
Once all players have signed up, Thelonesun will make brackets like a normal tournament, and announce matches in this thread.  Players will then have three days to play thier matches.  After three days, Thelonesun will announce the next set of matches.  Matches will be best-of-three.

Winning a Match
Desynchs will be replayed unless both players agree that one player was clearly going to win the match.  When a match is won, the winner will post the results to this thread.  Failure to do this will constitute cheating (see below.)

Details

Finding an opponent
You are responsible for finding and arranging a match with your opponent.  BCC a copy of all PMs intended to set up a match to Thelonesun.  That way, he can tell who is making an effort and who isn't.  Players who aren't will be automatically defeated by their active opponent at the end of each three-day round.  Players who are both inactive OR both active and cannot agree on a time will both be eliminated.

Changing your deck
No.

Cheating
We take all kind of cheating very seriously. If you get caught cheating, you automatically lose and will be banned indefinitely from all Elements community PvP and PvE events. So please play fair.

4. Other rules

Warning system
If a player quits mid-event for any reason, or disrupts the event in any way, he will receive a warning. If you get 3 warnings in a single season, you will be banned from all PvP events until the end of the NEXT season.

You've made an error with the Rare count. 12 weapons, 12 nymphs, 12 marks, 3 shards and the list goes on.

I would say that Nymphs kind of don't count, because they are so damn hard to get.

How about an Oty race? I really like that card!

Every player must have 6 otys in their deck, only 30 cards and no other creatures, weapons, artifacts, or shields. No upped cards. Only other thing they can have are spells so it would be a race to take out otys with removal/buff your own with cards like momentum so you could eat the other persons otys.

This would actually be pretty fun. I'd think we'd be seeing a lot of mono gravity with momentum in this kind of deck though.

Maybe you should step it up, grind another titan, upgrade 2 animate weapons and make Essence's Newbie FG farmer.

Newbie Again: You must use a new account!

Participators must be in the chat 45 minutes before the actual brackets are created. Once all people who are participating come into the chat, the tourney organizer makes a random string, and puts it in the chat. All new accounts must have that string in their name or they are disqualified (this is to prevent cheating!) After the string is created and sent, the participants must create a new account (using that string somewhere in the name) and begins grinding their brains out for half an hour. After the grinding is done, the brackets are posted, and there are ten minutes to connect and deckbuild. After this, the tourney proceeds as normal.

EDIT: Completely forgot, tell them the name of the account, and have some sort of proof that you own the account, if possible!
