In testing Miracle had difficulty putting out any non light cards.
I've fixed this by switching the life pendulums to pillars and putting 1 additional wind pillar. Is this ok?

Everything except for the one additional wind pillar. Sorry.

Does the 'choose your pillars/pendulums' rule allow me to swap out a couple of pillars for Earth Pendulums in Scorpio's deck?

Yeah I'm with Pervepic in this. Rainbow FTW, and Dark Matter kills him. The rest are just about good draws I believe.

This will be fun. btw i think its wrong to change the decks too much but its also wrong to make certain decks like EternalP who cant work without duo pillars or pendulums. What i want to say is:

Make the decks work! Do not make them optimal!

FGs are not about optimal decks they are about working decks!

does this mean im getting pwned?
as i picked eternalP

Use the variation in the OP, I want everyone to have a somewhat fair chance. (some fgs are ass kickers anyway)
