Images don't seem to be working.

Seems a little bit like a Turtle Shield or whatever it's called. Or a Sundial, without the extra draw.
I'm guessing it doesn't hit unnburrowed/immaterial creatures?

Other than that, doesn't seem like a half bad idea. Nice one

I have no images right now, though there is an art request in the images forum if you want to make some 

It doesn't hit what mass CC can't target, so I'm guessing yes.

When zanzarino put the halo on the upgraded permanents, he did something with the "Done" button too. Now, you can click done when it's not your turn, and the opponent gets to draw an extra card. I clicked done once during the level 5's turn and it killed all his creatures. I have a screenshot, but I don't know how to put it in.

-edit: It appears that this was fixed today.

So that's what the absolutely deadly exploit was that was forbidden to talk about?

Beat decay, a RoL hope deck, about half upped. Got a pest, upgraded a card 
Beat Elidnis, same deck, got nothing.
Beat osiris, same deck, got a pharaoh, upgraded a card.

Keep in mind that mindgate can copy towers/pillars also, so they aren't needed. Same with the supernovas. Taking those out slims the deck down to 48 which IMO seems just about right.
