I don't see how this requires that much wording. All the card needs to say is:

"Weapon: deal 7 damage at the end of turn and return the card to a random place in your deck."

Something like that would explain everything and would be a bit better than the original description because it's more in line with what the current cards have.
I was referring to the "Any targeted spell other than steal will kill this card" ability. What you just said is, say, 2 lines of text, plus this 2-3 lines, makes it really wordy at the least, very confusing and requiring a good long look at the wiki at the worst. I have some friends who refuse to play Lunchmoney not because it's a bad game (it is actually a really good game), but because the cards do not have any rules listed on them - you just have to know which card does what (they have only damage values listed, no rulings). I would think that with the way Elements is, this would be a thing to be avoided. I am not the designer, though, so these are just recommendations and critiques.

HEY I'M NEW HERE BUT I'M NOT A NOOB! It doesn't take much to learn how to play MtG <.<
What they are referring to isn't the time it takes to learn this game, it's the fact that this game is (for now) more based on farming FGs to get an upped deck *in order to play casual games*, rather than just paying some money and jumping in like you can do with MtG

I think the creature generation effect should be 100% due to the high cost and the fact that it only happens when it kills a creature, but it should be limited to only work with non-Death and non-Darkness creatures (basically, it doesn't create creatures when it kills Death or Darkness creatures, or maybe it can't target these creatures at all), keeping it aesthetically (and somewhat mechanically, keeping it from being OP with a boneyard out) balanced.

i'd suggest forgoing the Amethyst Pillars altogether. Instead of all the Lycans, use Photons. Photons don't use up your critical Entropy quanta, and you should be getting enough of all quanta to use everything here when you need it. Maybe throw in some Mutations to increase the randomness. I disagree with Fate Eggs, I'd rather see more Hourglasses to get the Fallen Elves out quicker. Maybe a Boneyard in order to make more creatures to mutate, less Fallen Elves because there aren't lots of creatures here. A basic Rainbow deck uses one or 2 Druids, one or 2 Firefly Queens, and one or 2 Otyughs, just for some insight. Other than those creatures, there is possibly one or two more creatures, but FFQ makes Fireflies, which become your Mutant base. This deck has 6 Elves and only 6 other creatures, with no way of making more. Also, you don't necessarily want to mutate your Lycans, since they have such a cost requirement, as opposed to Photons, which have a 1 :light requirement.

so let me get this straight...when you dive a negative power creature, it gets MORE negative? and how does this work with diss shield? does it still heal, or does it give quanta? (it should just heal, since I think antimatter makes it bypass shields)

When requesting help from someone who doesn't really need to help you, it's often considered good etiquette to include a link to your post, instead of saying "Do a search on my card". Many people will actually avoid helping only because of this fact.
To include a link, copy the url, and paste it in between the url tag: [*url=this is the website you want]here[*/url]. Just remove the *s.

great idea, but it may be UP..maybe lower the cost IMO, since your own card doing 5 damage to you is quite a downside when you think of the other weapons you could use instead. Plus, as an example, EE does 7 damage for 5 :air upped, with an ability; Morningstar and Titan do 8 for 5;. This does 10 damage for 4 random quanta upped, without an ability, with a downside.

The biggest problem with this card is the amount of wording needed. As it is, there is quite a bit of wording. If you want to add in the 'Any targeted spell kills this card' wording, it would make it almost impossible to read. So far, 4 lines is the most on a card, yours uses 4 as is. Like adrenaline, this card would seem to require extra rules not posted on the card itself.
