There's also this other song, Missing Venus (http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/catania2). They say 'Time' a lot in that one. Although, I can't get an MP3 of it to save my life.
I'm getting a little bored of just the water playlist, despite how awesome it sounds, which is why I dig up this old topic.

Does 3.5 apply in this case?

Death just doesn't seem to fit the spirit. If it were "poison a random creature in your opponent's hand" then yeah, death would be perfect. When I think of

For 'discard,' something like 'disarm' sounds more suitable for the card name (with appropriate image obviously).

The picture is under the RPGStock license, which clearly states we may use it for multimedia. Games are a perfect example of multimedia. {random deja-vu}

Discarding = to throw out (a card or cards) from one's hand.
Decay = throwing out the selected card
The card description says nothing about who discards it, just that if it is discarded the owner receives 10 or 13 damage.
