Deck Help / Mutation Deck - Need Help

So I have been using this deck for a while now and it seems a fine level 3 farmer and wins roughly 65% of Pvp 1's, but i was wondering if there is anything else that can make this deck more efficent?
This deck is intended to face basically ever foe, but falls short if you get a bad hand or are going up against devourers. This deck relies on the luck of the draw about what mutation you get.
The deck strategy is to get your photons out and then use your mutations/fallen elves to mutate them, and if for instance you get a 10/7 purple dragon, you can use mitosis on it and if you have enough quantum you can create more dragons. In my experiences i have usually gotten a decent mutation and if its unsuccessful i just re-mutate it.
I just need help on small things such as the amount of pillars, and what could make this deck more successful, etc. so any POSITIVE feedback would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Hey I started playing in 08' with a mono aether deck so im not exactly "new" but i recently started playing again
