Well, to the last post... I started on Kongregate and am only now slowly starting to take in the stuff this forum offers. The Kongregate is an automatic tracking system, so it's just a no-brainer to play and every now and then check how you are doing against the other regulars.
As far as the deck tweaking to add more hourglasses... I have to ask without offense if you guys have ever played 60 card aggro decks. The design of the deck is to win with whatever top 15 cards come your way. The 3 hourglasses that are there are just to help should the game run into an extended situation. Generally against control decks, they will supply the hourglasses for you to Steal. Against other aggro decks, diluting cc or quanta control to add more hourglasses seems like a weak strategy.
To be fair, I just went into PvP2 for an hour and and went 7-1. I'm not saying the deck can't be perfected to add a 4th, 5th or 6th hourglass, but I have played and won over 150 games with this deck this week. And if you do the math from my last hour... That's over 20 hours of gameplay this week with only 1 or 2 losses per hour. (My actual PvP wins this week were 180 but I am just trying to generalize the numbers without wildly exaggerating results).
Lastly, as I am new to this forum, I am not immediately familiar with the quanta lock decks mentioned. And yes, if I wanted a pure quanta lock, the deck has to return to a 30 card version. In this version, the discords are actually there to help turn the BH's into more healing vs mono. Although it is fat at 60 cards, this deck still plays very hard hitting and I still consider it a rush deck more than anything.
