You should also be able to discard mid-turn. I'd much prefer an 'end turn' button and a 'discard button' so when you're drawing cards via a sundial or hourglass, you can ditch the card you just drew, or another in your hand (currently you have to end turn and discard unless you can cast something from your hand -- I don't think that's a designed feature).
