Round one: It was pretty close, the battle was basically my phoenixs vs. his shriekers. Though we both had a little CC, i could easily immolate my phoenix's to get them back into play. Near the end of the game i played my Holy Light to help me not die and that's how I won.

Round two: I played my phoenix's fast, he didn't bring out many creatures other than two discords at the beginning of the game. I won quickly.

I think that it should be more than one creature that gets affected, if not, that creature is worse than a freeze, also card art needs work.

You all say it's unfair but if the event card was in your favor, you'd say otherwise, so technically, you're all being hypocrites.

Wrong. I would NOT be in favor of it. While I might be less opposed to it, I would NOT want the other Elements hating me for taking advantage of an obviously biased Event Card. As I said before, Event cards should NOT sway the course of they war in it's entirety, they should aid and impair all Elements equally.

and this event card does impair them all equally. Anyone can use light cards and not everyone from team light can even afford to upgrade the specific cards for the war.
Anyone else that wants to use light in their deck will have the advantage over other teams, this just makes you think about what new things you should try. as jmdt said, looking at all the masters and lieutenants that lost, even when they had the advantage with upped cards.
This card doesn't give team light a boost just because we are representing that element.

And no one is going to change the rules cause I bet if you want to not play the round, every other team would love to take the win from you.
