Cleared my inbox, hadn't realized it had filled up.  Looked through my posts and there shouldn't be any problems.

This is the second round in a row in which I've lost to a creatureless stall deck, which is quite frustrating.  Sorry.  This looks like a really dismal round for our team...

Rush6 has the games summarized pretty thoroughly.  My wings and purifies turned out to be useless, and somewhat humorously I ended up using all my creature control against my own creatures because he kept antimattering them.  I managed to pull off a win in the 2nd game, but overall his deck countered mine, and there wasn't much I could do.  Sorry about the technical difficulties during the 3rd match.  Thanks and good luck to Rush6 in future rounds.

I agree with DD - the event card shouldn't effect our deckbuilding.  If we get a few extra cards, that's nice, but it's not worth losing a match because we tried to get bonus points and messed up.

Some guesses on the other team's decks:
:life expect lots of healing, I'm guessing theirs will be more on the stall side than the rush side
:light probably going to involve archangels and possibly crusaders
:time with eternity they can stall indefinitely and dune scorps are great for wearing out opponents over time.  If there's one element that has the capacity to stall, it's time - unless we have reason to believe they're going to rush to try to throw us off.
:darkness very high probability of permanent control, other than that I'm not sure
:entropy 5 out of 6 of their winning decks last round had discord - it's proving to be very popular.  I'm betting they're going for a rush, possibly with novas.
:earth no predictions for earth, I'm not sure what they're going to do
:gravity might go for a rush involving momentum, or one with graboids
:fire I'm guessing they'll go for a cremation rush, considering it's the only thing that worked for them last round, though a stall is possible

Made a typing error, I meant 0 - 3.

Great job, Bloom!

My opponent ran a fire stall with healing.  Everything I put out he killed.  Argh.  Lost 0 - 3.

I'd like to note that out of the winning decks from round 1 that we have recorded, 5 of them used nova and 4 of them used discord.  I think that makes it fairly certain that those cards will be popping up again.

How can we be sure that  :aether is going to throw a bonebolt and  :light is going to throw a stall?  It's certainly a possibility, as they're both pretty stall-oriented elements, but we have to be prepared if they try something different.  Especially because they might be expecting everyone to use anti-stall decks against them.
I agree with plastiqe, discord is probably a good idea against light.

I'm going to start running tests on Pervepic's 14 decks and keep tallies on their wins/losses - if anyone else wants a list of possible decks to be tested we can add them too.  I'm probably going to play them against Ai3 a bunch of times; although this isn't a completely realistic simulation of pvp competition, playing it against pvp1 wouldn't allow use of unnupped cards and playing pvp2 would end up facing a bunch of decks with every card upgraded (plus it would take much, much longer).  If a few other team members want to help out we can split up the decks between us and test them individually.

@TuckingFypo
Oh wow, I didn't see that deck in the OP, I feel kind of stupid now.  Mine was just an idea for fractal fireflies, that one is obviously more fleshed out.  Still, I like having a larger number of lobotomizers/electrocuters because I consider them vital to the deck strategy - without being able to lobotomize, maxwell's demon, devour creatures, and infecting creatures are all hard counters, fallen elf, iridium warden, mind flayer, and arctic squid are all soft counters, growth creatures can outgrow your shield, and momentum creatures ignore your shield.

If you're looking specifically to counter ghostmares, have you tried using sanctuary?

I loved the transcript, and the artwork is great.  If we can get the comic out our propaganda section will be finished before the other teams.
