Probably could be made a lot cheaper to cast, considering the upkeep.

I like adding another earth/water combo to pair with Trident.

The wording is a little misleading because it sounds like the +1 +1 is cumulative.  Maybe it should be two sentences like:
All burrowed creatures gain +1 +1
All burrowed creatures are healed 1Hp each turn
Absorb :water :water

Don't like the picture, the desert doesn't fit with "Enriched" or a :water :water ability
The wording does sound better the way you wrote it.
What do you suggest the picture look like?

Well a trio with Fractal would be pretty hard to maintain effectively, but I do see your point; I was on the fence about the cost myself.  We'll see :)
The upgrade seems a bit weak, maybe make the target cost go down to one for the upgraded and cost two for the unupgraded? Idk.

Scorn should cost a bit more, to keep a duo harder to balance. It just seems way too cheap for an effect that powerful, even if it can only be used once. Think of fractal... :P

Yes, but you could have water towers and light pendulums. If this is meant to be a stall deck, you'll have excess light quanta.

Are you sure graviton guards are a good choice? Unstoppable or Elite charger would be better, I think. (Latter might take too much quanta)
