Just out of curiosity, why do you need the poison? Your running a bit low on time quanta, with only a few players and need to make scarabs every turn with pharoahs. I'd increase your deck size and throw in a few hourglasses.

It's a pretty strong deck...but it lacks creature/permanent control of any kind.
