If you want it un-upped, funny enough, toadfish does great damage

This deck doesn't need that much damage, and I don't think 13 sapphire pillars are going to be enough to supply the dragons...why'd you take out all the earth cards? P.A is good against permanent control (maybe just one) and the stone pillar helps generate more quanta to supply the unupped trident.
The PA is worthless, really, unless you're fighting against False Gods. You don't have many permanents to steal, except for the trident. Most other decks that have steals, won't be able to even use the Trident. I would drop the PA, and the Trident isn't really that useful, except in early game. In late game, it might slow them down a bit, but still isn't good enough. You probably won't draw that stone pillar before you lose/win because this deck doesn't fight against False Gods or AI5, which takes longer.
What about the ice shield?
It'll be a disaster if the enemy steals it...
The trident is there so that you hopefully draw it in the early turns so that you can deny his total quanta and control the field with octopuses. Would be better if you had permanent destruction, but...
Plus, it's annoying. I like using earthquake in PVP
