This card is still a bit overpowered.
You should increase quanta cost to 8/6.
(Btw, your two new images don't have any difference, upgraded and unupgraded)
It does less damage than fire storm, but if neither card kills the enemy this one would be better by default.

Perhaps you should aim for something else here. You said this card is basic creature control for life, but it already has thorn carapace shield...
