What about if it is affected by any spell or effect?  Like, let's say, the owner buffing it would remove cloak, as to prevent the use of some extremely boosted hidden creature?

Opponent's attack: Remove cloak
Owner's use something to strengthen Sniper: Still cloaked

Everybody is saying about the cloaking - cloaking thing.
So this is my idea.

How about: Remove cloak or uncloaked if damaged.
Q: But how it can be damage will it can only be seen by owner?
A: damage example is like thunderstorm, Rain of Fire and other mass CC..

Who with that?

Methinks he means there is the same percentile chance that the effect will work.

The chance of killing target is lower than the low chance that Skull Buckler have.

Also, this doesn't really fit with the Elements fantasy mechanic, nor are instant kills very interesting...

You bring up a good point.
However, that card is a shield and only one of it can be played. This card can be put on the field 23 times (possible with fractal).
I will reconsider my opinion if I know what this small % is. Did you mean that it works in a similar manner to the shield?

Small chance is lower than the small chance that Skull Buckler is.

What does it mean by "Cloaked"?  I mean, I understand the concept from the card, but would would it only cloak this individual card, or would it act over the entire field?

And this is just a suggestion, but what if where to receive a buff when Cloak is played?

But still can be damage by RoF, Thunderstorm and other mass CC

The ability to remove passive abilities is a dangerous (chimera) and restricting (no "slow" passive) mechanic. The benefit it provides is not nearly enough to compensate for the cost.

Well, it don't say "Remove ...skill" it says only "..Have chance to..", so for every bite or claws, it have chance not a 100%
