Lol I'm in a similar position for ups... Generally have to up 1-2 cards for rainbows... Monos on the other hand can be expensive... Dam pillars :p

While thats true, I'd have to say the odds of 28 quantum pillars (84 total quanta) not averaging to make 3 time quanta per turn would be pretty low, especially considering they'd have the whole game to generate quanta before that, and would presumably have time mark (though he didnt have marks which was why his deck isnt included I believe) . Not that any of that matters since its not even in the competition... lol.Technically, the quantum towers could decide to hate you as well.Now that I checked the original thread, I found a submission by twinsbuster that might be even more 100% effective than this one (and though more boring)Actually that one isnt 100 percent, since there were 28 quantum pillars which means it would be possible for the eternity + photon one to do enough damage before drawing an explosion/steal. QuantumT's decks literally are 100 percent, even in the most optimal scenario for any of them.
