The reason I say that is so you dont have to try to time the dragons with your electrocutor for your SoGs to heal you. If you purify the turn before you win, your sogs can heal you to full, and you shouldn't take any damage due to your phase shield, so you'll be at 100 hp for your last turn and wont have to worry.

Looks like a pretty solid idea. I would note its probably a good idea to try to hold onto at least 1 and maybe 2 purifies til the turn before you win so you can use them and get EM (if he doesnt have more than 2 physalias or doesnt draw a deadly poison just 1 is fine). Obviously use them earlier if you have to for survival purposes though.

I think that that sounds like the best/fairest decision imo. It needs to be done quickly though if possible since there are only 3 days left in the deckbuilding stage and people will need to be able to plan for the new cards in their decks.

Deck Compilations / Re: Can you say pillarless death?
« on: November 30, 2010, 07:25:15 am »
Lol this deck is pretty fun. I just had a hilarious game against ai3. I had a starting hand which I figured could go super slow since I had 3 soul catcher, 2 cremations, and a few death creatures with nothing to use the cremations on. Then the ai3 I was playing against went ahead and played 3 sparks his first turn...... :P here is the end result lol. I never did draw a BoL so it wouldve been bad otherwise... Also note I think he played one more spark before this, and also they are still bugged which is why I have such a huge amount of death quanta :P.

The biggest problem with voodoo dolls though is that sometimes they show different results for different people, without actually DCing until one wins on their screen (not on opponents). I'm still not sure what the solution is though... kinda a tricky issue.

I noticed that after I did mine :P. Oh well. You do have mrpaper's (aether team mamber) deck listed in earths winning decks section and $$$man's deck listed on the decks they can salvage from, when it should be switched. But yeah :P.

Heh that'd only be possible if we make the suicide deck legal though, right? I suppose we should have enough death cards to do that if thats what we want, just including no pillars/pendulums :P.

Yeah I would say theres a decent chance earth uses some type of large earth/life stall with heals, stone skins, and thorn carapiece's. They lost at least some of their titanium shields, so thats not too likely, though they still could've held on to some. They have at least the 6 ss, 3 heals, and  3 thorn carapiece from their last round wins though.

Libra in my opinion is actually underpowered, not overpowered. I tested all the decks and it was the only deck that couldn't beat ai3 regularly. I mean, people can do anything to remove those fire queens.

ok,nice decks, but I just want to point out one thing:-
Since when did even moderate level guys have 6 UNUPPED pharaoh for LEO?acceped,it's not that strong, but still,it's rarely going to be used.(I do have 6 of them, just the upped versions from FG's)
That's actually a good point. Even I don't have 6 unuped pharaoh =_=

*puts pharaoh farm up

CORRECTION : WTF? I don't even have a total of 6 pharaohs to put up a farm...
Lol thats funny, bc I have the same issue. I've won many more pharaoh's both upped and unupped than 6, however they sell so well and are generally so useless for me, I tend to sell them rather than keep them :P. Not complaining, just laughing bc I have the same issue heh. I'm sure anyone can farm the necessary rares for whichever decks they want to use between now and the tournament though, by just farming t50 instead of doing whatever else they'd do while playing :P.
