maybe you upgrade a relic you get a random nymph? this would mean you still have to get 1500 to get an UNUPGRADED nymph
This would make nymphs too easy to get. Right now i think they are too difficult to get but this would literally flood the market.

Perhaps once per day you can trade in a shard/relic for 1 extra oracle turn so you can get 2 turns a day. AND maybe have it cost you 100 electrum.

Well we sort of have something like that with the oracle already (free electrum). I'm not really a fan of players getting interest though. It would allow some players (me being one of them) to too easily acquire a large sum of electrum in a relatively short time. I like that if i want to have every card in the game i need to play more rather then... not play and just accumulate the electrum.

Unfortunately diamond shields and perma's really shut down the effectiveness of adrenalined arsenics. I believe the dmg goes 4/2/2/1 so it's like having a regular arsenic. A bonus is that even if your arsenic is antimattered you still poison the opponent AND it will now poison through shields.
It's actually 4/3/2... so it'll still get 2 hits (1 poison though) on a permafrost shield... but performs like a regular arsenic against a diamond shield...

Thanks CB, i knew that it didn't poison twice but wasn't sure about the dmg. Lol... i guess if i'm challenging for the title of Master of Death i should know this stuff. Oops.

Why death?
Why death? Simple answer actually. I'm challenging the current Master of Death in the challenge and making a duo death deck was one of the assignments.  :)

With that being said this deck does work fairly well.

So you want to play mono-death and farm AI3? Well here is what i would use and here are some stats after fiddling around with it a little.

AI3 (12-0) Not a bad farming deck at all. Unfortunately you won't ever get a Mastery and it isn't very fast.
T50 (1-0), I accidently clicked on T50 but still managed to beat ChinFire's speed earth deck with quicksands.
AI5 (0-4) These were absolute beatdowns

With no upped towers i chose to use just 2 dragons so the majority of the damage comes from the mummy's and the poison. The 2 bone shields could easily be swapped out for more dmg (bone dragons) which would make this deck a little faster but would probably lose games this variant wouldn't.

Starting out with 4 bone dragons in your starting hand would probably sink you whereas 2 bone dragons and 2 bone shields wouldn't. The shields cost 3 quanta less and would allow you to stall a bit to get more damage out. I also survived a AI3 game with a 9/9 werewolf and 10/6 dragon would have killed me without my shields.

Also if you don't have arsenics i would replace them with short swords but that does make this deck weaker.

In my quest to make a decent duo death deck the favorite deck i actually created (actually it's nothing really original and don't think it's been posted) was this. Until i realized.... that this is NOT a duo deck.  ??? Wow... i'm smart.

Anyhow i had a lot of fun farming T50's with this deck and here are my stats with it.

EM (14)
Record (25-5)
Farms (3)

Although adrenalined Arsenics only poison twice it still makes them pretty darn effective. You end up with a creature doing 9 dmg +2 poison per turn for the cost of 6 quanta and it burns through bone shields. The heals are nice in the deck because it allows you to EM. You could also probably take out a bone tower and add another Epinephrine but i find 3 are more then enough.

Unfortunately diamond shields and perma's really shut down the effectiveness of adrenalined arsenics. The damage goes 4/3/2/0 (as corrected by CB) so it's like having a regular arsenic because it only poisons once. A bonus is that even if your arsenic is antimattered you still poison the opponent AND it will now poison through shields.

In my attempt to make a duo death deck that was useful to farm T50's i found that this deck is the most effective (beyond speed poison that is). Although i'm tempted to say that this deck might even be close (14-1 in the trainer). It's surprisingly fast enough to eat up the rainbows and out survive speed earth (because the comp is dumb) and speed fire. My only loss came to a devourer fractal deck but obviously does have weaknesses against other decks (speed life, RoL/Fractal, decks with congeal/squid, etc).

I found that any deck with Flesh Recluses just ended up dying far too quickly or as easy otyguh food. With 14 towers the Dragons come out fairly quick and have decent survivability. If you play speed fire with lances (you typically know who's deck has what) try to play your phoenix first because the comp will waste all of them in one turn on it. Beyond that the rest of the deck is pretty much standard.

All comments appreciated.

Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength. - Eric Hoffer
I consider a scaredgirls as crap compared to mine
"You are like what is said that the frying-pan said to the kettle, 'Avant, black-browes'." - Cervantes
Or put more simply...
Pot: you're black!!
Kettle: no! you're black!!

The hostility in the thread probably would have been kept to a minimum if you had just left that comment out. Often the adage "if you have nothing nice to say it's best to say nothing at all" works best.

With that said i do commend you for putting up your deck to try to help others out. Although certain opinions of yours (especially mono-aether) are in the minority they are like you said... your opinions. The only problem with unupped mono-aether is not that it might be better then scared-girls(which i personally don't agree with mainly because people have tried using mono-aether on kongregate to get the kill 1 FG badge and it failed miserably for them), is that the money spent on the aether deck is better off spent building your rainbow to make a better FG farmer.

Aether is such a slow deck to play especially unupped i don't see how you can win more then 5-10% against FG's. Maybe i'm wrong but if you're going to post that it's better then a rainbow with 5-6 upped cards you certainly should bring some statistics with you.

Now don't take this the wrong way. You've stated that you have played over 1500 FG games which certainly is a respectable amount of FG games. Do you mind if i get a rough estimate of what your score is and total games played? I only ask this because it would give me a decent range of your FG percentage. I like you primarily played FG's, (until lately that is just because i'm T50 farming so i can make my T50 farm better) and since you've been volunteering information i'm just curious.  :) Also i think it would give you some legitimacy to your claims.

And i don't disagree with your statement that using a rainbow with a few upgrades is a mistake. I wouldn't want to farm FG's with 3-4 upgrades or even 5-6 with this current version. I just don't think unupped mono-aether is the solution. I do think Essence has a nice duo-deck FG farmer for newbies that looks like it works (unfortunately you need 2 titans).

I would like to thank everyone for their votes and i would like to reiterate what i said before...

Anyhow, I just hope i can give Coinich a run for his money in this challenge and would like nothing more then an even playing ground in our matchup.
I truly meant this and if i happen to end up with more upped cards in our match i would like to request that Coinich is allowed to have the same amount that i have.

starters might not be able to afford to build such a deck (where would they get nymphs???)
Heck where would most of the people who've spun the oracle everday since she came out get them.  ;)

But like yaladilae mentioned this definitely is not a deck for new people. Anyhow would love to try the deck out yaladilae but more then likely i don't see that happening anytime soon.
