Rainbow Decks / Re: Anti-FG deck / Qohelet style
« on: July 08, 2010, 05:52:56 pm »
I really like this deck for AI5. Though I tweaked it by removing one Protect Artifact and an Eternity to add an Improved Miracle and a Fractal. I'm just uncomfortable not playing with Miracle, though it has saved my hash a couple of times against the early rush. THe deck does best though (as most decks do) with at least a 3-4 pilllar opening.

False Gods / Re: Volunteers for False God specific decks

Not really false god specific, but a lil modified version of speed rainbow is easily able to beat Destiny. I mentioned about 1 minute ago as i was EM-farming t50 and misclicked to the FG section...

I can concur that a rainbow-rush deck can beat Destiny, I use a deck similar to the one posted, though mine is based on Terroking's version. I used it when I saw on the Oracle that Destiny was my false god for today.  However, I use Electrocutor in place of Discord and an Ulitharid instead of the Crawler.

I suppose it may be situational, but the rainbow rush can win provided that you have a sufficient amount of quanta stored up and an electrum hourglass out- the rewinds can only slow down the re-casting of creatures and with the hourglass you can avoid being stalled. I doubt however that this deck will give a 100% success rate, but I think it has a fair chance with a decent draw.

Much gratitude to Terroking for posting his decks. This has made riding my hobby horse a great deal smoother.  :D
