Strange... And quite nice. But why would it be :aether? It would enable :aether towers users to heal themselves somehow, but still... Why not make it for example :time or :life? The latter probably not, they already have :life quanta generators...
Plus, as it is a flower, shouldn't it rather use :water for activation?

Max HP reduction can't reduce opponent's current HP
Well, from what I've seen, it DOES. At least for creatures. But probably for players as well.
Edit:
Sorry, forgot Rage elixirs simply deal damage. But i think someone has already proved it works like that.

Or you could make it so that:

"Tumble: Avalanche loses +0|-1 and creates a copy of itself"

Now, you HAVE to buff its hp for it to be used, otherwise it will kill itself!
This way, if you play it on turn 1 and immediately follow with Heavy armor, your enemy will begin his fifth turn with 7(if creature stats are 3 | something) HP left... Isn't it a bit OP for 3 :water and 1 :earth using only two cards? It would be inevitable death on turn 6, maybe 7 if he heals, if you also quint it.

What about this: let's make it 6 :water 3|2 / 6 :water 3|4 and give it

Amass: at the beginning of each turn this card is in play and not frozen/delayed, one new Avalanche enters field
Momentum

Amass wouldn't be stackable - i.e. no more than one Avalanche/turn enters field automatically. It would give you +3 Att per turn, but could be easily countered by Ottys, or Fire Bolt/Rain of Fire(unless upped). Anyways, the quanta cost is somewhat weird...

Man, I don't know how to defend my ideas... ;P

This would look a bit similar, but I intended to create something that would eventually crush enemies, like break through most shields. I wanted to do it by increasing attack per turn. Your variant is completely nullified by shields such as titanium.
I didn't want to use momentum as it would make it OP in my opinion.

I wanted to somehow show the idea of it growing and covering more and more space... So it divides to fill slots while increasing overall attack power rapidly. This would still left it vulnerable, which a real-life avalanche certainly isn't...

Nice idea. I like to be inquisitive about cards that get my attention, so... ;) If it is rewound to, say, -1 HP, does it die, become 0 HP (attack once and die, like Spark), or gets put back on top of your deck?

Well, that's basically what i had in mind while writing the description. My only problem is that I often cannot explain properly what I'm thinking about... ;P So yes, I think this suits it better. And still works regardless of large HP buffs, like Armors.
