CPU had a board full of Malignant Cells and then used Flying Weapon, but there was no space for his weapon. This was very stupid?

Edit: This was in TrainerMode.

In the trainer neither Aflatoxin nor Black Nymph create malignant cells.

AI Lvl 5 castet Gravity Pull and then used Eternity to bounce the same creature back on topic of my deck.  ???
