The Dark Side of Oz is one of my favorite "movies".

I decided to change the card to heal both players because it balances the card in a way that changes the card dynamic in a unique way but does not detract from the effectiveness of the healing potential.  Now the player must decide if the ability is worth the drawback.  The card would not be simply used every turn for massive healing, it would be used carefully and strategically.

Kael Hate:

You and I agree that this card, as is, is overpowered.

Nearly every other person that has replied to this thread claims that this card is underpowered.

I just don't know what to do.  The card needs to be nerfed, but everyone just continues to suggest buffs.

Possible Nerfs:
Stasis Divine Pony for 1 turn after it uses this ability.
Divine Pony drains 4 light quanta at the end of each of your turns.

Possible Complete Changes:
15 :light : Minor Miracle. Reduce your max hp by 20. Heal yourself to your max hp -1. This expends all of your remaining light quanta.

Let me know what you think,
Jallen

stasis on the pegasus would work fine I guess, but then the card would be more useful in rainbow decks.  The point about recharge is that you have to have 3 aether to use it, whereas if it just put the peg in stasis, then it would come back out of stasis automatically...

Mono-aether doesn't have much use for this card, and it's high cost makes it unlikely to be effective in rainbows.

I am happy with this card design and in my opinion it is balanced.

There are only 14 or so different cards for each element, making mono decks unviable for the most part.  My expectation is that rainbow will take a back seat to mono/duo decks as the card pool grows.  You can't expect to have equitable performance with a deck that has 15 options for cards versus a deck that has 200+ options for cards, but you can have equitable performance when there are 50 or more cards for each element.  Elements is young, and in it's youth, rainbow rules.  We have to live with that for now.

not happy with it, but can't figure out what I can change to keep the same concept and balance it out

After much consideration, I agree and the card has been changed.  Thanks.

Jallen

P.S.  The card may still be overpowered if we consider Eternity/Dusk Tiger combos, but that would cost  3 :time and 11  :darkness to steal something every other turn.
