No, I mean can the oracle show you the nymph card, but not give it to you. As in, the card option just says -.

No.  You always get a nymph if it is shown to you.

you can get nymphs as pets though

The german short haired pointer on the upgraded card looks almost exactly like my dog cocoa. It even has the little liver colored spot on its tail. Only difference is that my dog has some large liver colored spots on her back too.

About the actual card: I think that zanz doesnt really want too many real life things in the game, but there are scorpions and frogs so im not sure. I think the unupped is a bit UP, any of your suggestions would work. upgraded seems fine.

Many people use chimera as an EMing device. Last turn they play that and LS and boom,  EMing attack that bypasses shields.

Titan HP reduction?

Zanz said in chat the Titan's extremely high HP interfered with the production of some new cards.  Thus, it was lowered.

Not quite sure what you mean here. Do you mean it caused balance problems, or was it for some technical 'behind the scenes' reason?

He means it would cause balancing problems for the chimera card.

a lot of the time I dont even draw it and some of the time when I do draw it dont even bother playing it.

The earliest Ive gotten it out is second turn, but usually I can play it a turn or two after I draw it if I dont play any other cards.

Im not sure if its all that good of a substitution, a regular epi might be better, but I enjoy using my nymph and once you use its ability once you have a 12|6 creature and again can equal playing another frog

my main problem isnt with lack of permanent control, but lack of permanent protection.

But then again the small amount of  PC makes PP less needed...
