What exactly are the "steps mentioned above"?
Some of the steps are flush dns cache, delete history and cookies, refresh and restart.
I use google chrome.

I'm also having this problem and have taken the steps mentioned above. The loading seems to stop right when the ad kicks in. I've let it sit, refreshed and so on.
