Which FGs are available? Or do we just apply in random?

Disclosed --> cannot be usedI think a counter could be pretty easy to develop in 15 min. but what if the rebels were disclosed 5-10 random cards from the deck and the rebel team is given a couple days to prepare?I don't think 5-10 cards would be enough to put up a decent fight.
a couple of things maybe state how many upgraded cards the empire side can use also i suggest increasing the time to build counter decks to 12hours or 1 whole day 15mins isnt enough considering that some players may not be on at the time and will be penalized for no reason. other then those quick changes you need to state what kind of style is the event single elmination swiss style? how does one side win ETC.15 minutes is short, but the point is to limit your opponent, so they can't find the perfect counter. (I think) But 15 minutes is really nothing, so I think 1-2 hours would be fine 12-24 you can find perfect counters (though you could do it in 15 mins as well if you know what you are doing)
So basically:Actually not....
1st turn, 7 hp healed, +3 poison.
2nd turn, 7-3 hp healed = 4 healed, + 3 poison
3rd turn, 7-6 hp healed = 1 healed, + 3 poison
4th turn, 7-9 hp healed = -2 healed = 2 damage + 3 poison.
takes 4 turns for poison damage to overcome healing.
5th turn, 7-12 healed = -5 healed = 5 damage + 3 poison
6th turn, 7- 15 = -8 healed = 8 damage + 3 poison.
7th turn, 7-18 = -11 healed = 11 damage + 3 poison.
One widow + death stalker + Arsenic = 6 poison counters each turn
with that combo, 2nd turn poison is overcome .
overall an intersting card mechanic, i like it very much
