I know this is not a democracy but if it were I would vote "no" to the new PVP system.  The new system has taken the concept upgrading cards from being part of the game to being optionally part of the game.  There is now little room for partially upgraded decks in PVP.

The rest of the changes get an A+.

Aether / level 3 speed immortality deck (oppinions please)

I sometimes use an all-offense variant of the immortal deck:
16x Aether Pillar
6x Immortal
6x Phase Dragon
6x Thunderbolt (upgraded)

The thunderbolts are the closest thing to defense, since they can take out many threats.  Or you can save them for 30 points of direct damage for only 6 quanta.

The deck is pretty easily countered though.  Rainbow decks with lots of shields and delay tactics are especially troublesome.

Don't confuse libertarians with anarchists.  Libertarians acknowledge a role for a taxpayer-funded government, such as the existance of a judicial system.

In the rare event I find the time to login and get something going in an MMORPG, I still login to Everquest.  It has long passed its glory days but it's still around.

If your computer has a Windows XP Product Key sticker on the outside of it, chances are you can get a replacement install CD or recovery CD from the computer's manufacturer (OEM) if you provide the serial number of the computer.  Generally you pay for the license for Windows and not so much for the media, though the OEM may charge a few bucks for the CD itself and shipping.  Note that if you are using a product key on a sticker on the computer, then you'll need an general OEM copy of a Windows CD (as opposed to a retail, MSDN, or TechNet copy).

If the computer cannot boot to safe mode, try choosing "safe mode with command prompt" as the boot option just to see if that loads.

You could also try the Last Known Good Configuration boot option.

It would be wonderful to see the slot machine reward PVP more than it rewards playing against the AI.  The whole basis of how the slot machine chooses cards would have to change though, so I'm not sure what type of impact that would have on the game as a whole.

Based on established precedent of targeted and non-targeted abilities not directly affecting immaterial objects, immaterial weapons should not be able to be animated into creatures, since that is an action taken directly to the immaterial card.
