-In the TEXT section of your table, the 3rd :death is missing/incorrectly typed.
-In your topic title, the "(upgraded)" is not reflected in the upgraded card image, I'll need you to remove it. ^^;
For future reference with the new card curators:

 Please refer to Kuro for instructions because Kuro already posted here and mentioned the upgraded sign on the table was not necessary, however He never mentioned the title, And it is odd for him not to correct me on such an obvious requirement.

also it would be wise if any changes made to the card making rule were announced to everyone on a thread or something.

For now, I will adhere to your instruction of removing the text from the title, but I am distrusting of it, especially since no other curator has ever made any mention of it ever since I made cards in such ways.
 I believe the wise thing for you to do is check with kuro.

To be honest though i kind of dislike the eye lashes, they take away attention from the eye and due to the style of the eyelashes,
 they tend to give the image the slight resemblance of a "sun" (semi-sunset) rather than an "eye".

Gotta say, I'm kind of surprised how many of these cards are obviously centered around other abilities and kind of have the quanta generation tacked on.  I thought this round was supposed to be all about the quantum generation, so I made it the center and sole purpose of my card.  As much as I love Dark Cathedral, would anyone really notice if it didn't produce :earth :darkness each turn?
I think the card's ability is disregarded by the rules as long as it contains the essence of dual quanta production.

This is a blitz competition, there is no reserving.
however it you need to know, that card creator made by planplan is on card ideas thread, one of the top topics thats says "card image builder, by Planplan"

As long as lightning is there and it costs less than 4 :aether , its OP.

If the ability costs 4 :aether, Its not as OP imo.

I'd add poison counters, but that wouldn't fit the theme...
Nah it wouldn't i tried something like that in the past, didn't work out well.

why not just give them a boost in attack but dematerialize? that might give immortals a better use.

Note that the card is a permanent, meaning if you Quinted a creature it would instantly become material again.

Even so, the card needs a huge nerf. Not sure what to suggest here.

WAY too OP

lightning on a stick?  with a single creature in 6 turns you could directly deal 30 damage, imagine the effects this could have with multiple immortals, phase dragons and quintessence; which btw, have okay defence to be able to survive normal CC if they weren't immaterial.

Far too OP and greatly overshadows Owl's eye as a CC.

I could just de-materialize a creature, it gets the abiliy and Quint it, Wha-la! you have an untouchable nigh-godly CC on the field, not to mention constant barrage on opponents hp if it has nothing better to do.

too powerful.
needs a serious change imho.

One at a time, it makes results better and quicker.

though making a list of the cards and descriptions is good too.

using the template I made, I would like a list of items in order, of course I may need help with the art process too so for those who are a wiz at art, photoshop, backgrounds, gimp etc. I will need some assistance, of course if you wish, I don't really mind doing all the art but the time process may be long since I have some RL issues as well.

To me it seems like a much weaker Immolation, It has few synergies unless used well with a fire deck, but fire already has immolation.

It seems like an alternative to fire fuel.

:fire mark: 6 photons + 6 immolations + a few of these (4-5) + Dragons, Golems, Explosions = Pillarless :fire rush deck.
 
 Imo Upgraded version its very OP with fire.
