When I first started the game, I thought that a 0/7 creature that could turn into a 7 att. creature after for 1 
was OP.

First of all, you need a more stable quanta source. Replacing all quantum pillars with Time Factories and replacing half of the Aether pillars with Aether pendulums will help you do that.
Second: Do you really need Phase Spider or Fractal? Even if you got lucky with the Fate Eggs, you probably wouldn't be able to play whatever you Fractal.
This is original, but it could use some tweaking.

you put 1 mini (o) taur (<-- minitaur = unupped, minotaur is upped?) on the field, fractal it and then discard them to get damage to the opponent, ... seems like theres a new false god comming
even better: if you also have electrum hourclass, you keep drawing cards and discard them at the same time. is it just me, or is this better then precognition in time-based hands?
This card was replaced by Ghost of the Past and is never going to be in the game. This is only mentioned because it's the inspiration for Ghost of the Past.

It looks like you're trying to create a modified CCYB deck.

To streamline the deck, remove the Condor, Forest Scorpions, Fallen Elves, and some of the Firefly Queens.
Add Lava Destroyers, Permafrost Shields, and Quints.
Although Arsenic and SoDs aren't really needed, you can still keep them in the deck.

Thorn Carapace is one of the most annoying shields and the best way to kill immortal stuff.
