I also wonder why the Quints are there, I thought most people felt that it wasn't very useful. (and I haven't seen it in any deck proposals, sorry if I skimmed over one.)
If they're there "just in case" I would prefer Silences, or free up the space to cover our butts somewhere else.
If we have room to pack another deck I definitely vote PU Titans- it covers a duo that we don't have at the moment, and is very very good from my personal testing.

I tried the OE deck and that's exactly what happened. We have less than two days left, so unless we can work out some kinks, the least promising decks probably have to go.

What are possible plans versus gravity?
I was sleuthing through Team
's applications and at least three of them have a grav nymph (which gets past silence). If they can get one out early, it seems pretty hard to overcome. I couldn't tell whether their Lieutenant, jmdt, had one or not. (GG, TheIdioticIdiot, TStar have one each.) GG was offering a pulvy/titan farm much earlier, around when teams were just picked, but I suppose that's to be expected.

I think Silence is a lot more splashable than it gets credit for, and it pairs well with fractal. Assuming that nobody has an objection to 24 fractals, would it make sense to pack 6 silences, at a minimum? Also, I like the idea of using it along the nova-graboid deck that Will has proposed.

What's the deadline for this? I'm away from my computer right now, but we can at least start planning by the number of aether pillars/pendulums on average needed for decks, right? Which decks need less or more? I would argue we want to pack more quanta cards than our average deck requires, so that we have enough to cover ourselves when we have to salvage and things start to get messy. On the flip side, we could salvage unique opponent-specific cards as we go and leave ourselves with enough pillars to last the whole war. Sorry for bringing up more questions than answers. Such is the drawback of mobile browsing.
