I really like this card. Very interesting idea and fits perfectly into darkness.
The shrouded idea could also be put in a new darkness armor: shrouding cloak. Very good alternative for quintesence.

As you say is a high cost to deal that damage. For the same price you can fractal other creatures and do more damage each turn and keep playing other cards.
But maybe the cost is a bit low. 4 :time for a 4/4 creature with an ability. You have the ability for free here so I recomend to rise the cost to 5: time for both upped and unupped.

Does anyone thought about a multiplayer option? The game is only for 1vs1 but it would be awesome if you could play 2vs2 or all against all with some players.

EDIT: Lets say it is possible. The main difficoult here is: who does my creatures attack? So the first thing to do is to select your current opponent each turn. So if one is heavily protected you could attack the other one.
The spells or effects that affect "all creatures" will still deal with all player's creatures. On the spells or effects that target a player you will have to decide wich opponent is your target.

If there is anything else that matters for this option, just comment it.

I think that it could cost the same, thats why I suggested this. I would probably put a cost of 4 and always affect both sides of the field.

Very nice and useful idea. Let me propose an idea: the upped card could let the creatures use its skills on the turn they are played (just to make the opposite card).
