Maybe add a Hope shield and a lucifraine (Lucifraise) to shield (when Photon is upped (Ray of light)

Lucifraine because hope requires :light quanta
Abominations don't need to be upped, and nova doesn't need to be upped either. Neither do RoLs since they are only fodder for mutation, unless you plan ot use abominations as mutation fodder as well.
The RoL's would be upped for use with hope.

I love these ideas. For Entropy, maybe have a chaos infliction upon a random opponent creature (Summon costs :entropy :entropy :entropy :entropy). For darkness, steal a random permanent from your opponent (not a weapon) (drains :darkness :darkness per turn, only works 2 times) (summon, :darkness :darkness :darkness), for gravity, add between +1 and +3 to one of your creatures (for :earth :earth :earth quanta) (summon, :gravity :gravity :gravity), for earth, summon a random quanta generating creature (dragonfly, gnome rider, etc.) if the card is upped summon the creature upped (brimstone eater, damselfly, gnome gem-finder, etc.) for 3 turns (summon, :earth :earth :earth :earth).

These are my ideas, please use them freely as you wish.

3 new shard idea's:

  :entropy Shard of Targeting: (10 random quanta, upped 5 random quanta) Sacrifice a creature and a card to make all un-targetable creatures targetable.

  :gravity Shard of Power: (7 random quanta, upped 4 random quanta) Triple all attack power for one turn, to a maximum of 20 per creature (Dragons). Applies to your opponent as well.

  :earth Shard of Shielding: (5 random quanta, upped 3 random quanta) Sacrifice your weapon and remove adrenaline and momentum from all creatures on the field.

These can be shards, or specific cards (e.g. Shard of Targeting could be mark of entropy and called vision)

Card winning: Before the tournament, you select two cards. These can be any cards that are not marks (If you have any extra ones), a nymph or a miracle (Upped cards allowed). For every round won, you will receive one of these cards. For every round lost, you will lose one of these cards. So at the end of the tournament you may have more or less cards in your deck.

Shard duel: Before the match, you select a shard, if you win a round, you win your shard PLUS your opponents shard. No shards are allowed in battle. No rares either. The shard selected must be one you have before the tournament. After every round, you are allowed to select a new shard to put at stake. If at any point you have no shards remaining, you automatically lose.

Card duel: Exact same as a shard duel, only with any rare card being selected instead of a shard.

Mark duel: When you enter the tournament, you will be grouped with someone who has the same mark as you ( :fire vs  :fire) There will be a shard provided during the tournament if there is one matching your element, otherwise a rare weapon matching your mark will be provided. (eg.  :fire=fahrenheit)

Opposite Mark Duel: Max. of 5 rares. One shard of your mark will be provided for the tournament ONLY. If there is no shard matching your element, you may select one. See table below for who fights who in opposites.

Mono: A separate tournament for each of the elements including rainbow.

Anti shield: No shields allowed in the match

Non-free: Any cards costing 0 quanta to summon (except pillars) are not allowed in the match

Dragon removal: No dragons are allowed in the match

Beginner: No rare cards in the match

Nymph rush: Each player is given his/her choice of one nymph before the round starts, they are only allowed that one nymph and it must be in their hand

Deck swap: you are given a deck randomly selected from all the tournament decks, you do not see whose it is until the match is over, and the deck that wins the most, wins the tournament (for it's owner)
