Make it so PvP1 cannot be accessed until all the quests are done and make sure starter decks can't get 500 points by giving them fewer towers, forcing beginners to learn to buy pillars.

Grinding in a game is nothing more then empty and shallow filler. So imo reducing the grind can only be beneficial.

I was referring to the example deck I gave that uses fireflies. So basically, firefly is a card whose ability is worthless in a mono.

The point isn't that it does die so much as you get to choose when and how it dies. It provides options and in any strategy game options>everything else.

However this card needs a use outside of death. Because as it now stands it only achieves mediocrity when combined with Bonewall and boneyard. It needs something to give it a use outside that.

Give it an extra attack and HP? No, that doesn't help with synergy.

Increase its poison damage to 2? That still doesn't help with Synergy.

The problem is that its death action is its advantage and death is the only deck that takes advantage of that.

I guess the thing to do is make it so it can attain mediocrity with just boneyard or bonewall, rather then needing both, then it can possibly be used in duos.

I say make its death count as two death actions, as well as whatever creature its poison eventually kills.

If all it did was counter fractal, then it is broken. But it causes the opponent to fail to draw the card. Its like the soft opposite of an hourglass.

Seems rather underpowered, though I may be wrong. I wonder how much use extra action points would actually be.

Correct. I just spent an hour looking at someone green dot thinking that it meant they were online and active.  I thought they had decided to just ignore me, turns out they were afk and not just ignoring me.
