The way sideboards usually work (well, in MtG at least) is they stay the same size, in this case 10 cards. The rules probably should say "exactly 10 cards and a mark" rather than "no more than".
Going into nit-pick mode, round-robin implies everyone fights everyone else. The rules here are more towards those of a Swiss tourney, unless I've misunderstood something.

You can use antimatter as well, and miracle + holy flash, and black hole.
Anyway, EM isn't that big a deal, it's only a little bit extra coins, usually not worth taking extra time for.
The biggest benefit of the bonds is that they help you survive. If you're using them just to get EM you'd probably be better off without them.

Planplan still has the builder up at his own place as well. I don't know how well his host copes with the pressure of this community though... Having a standalone version either on the forum or the wiki could be good.
