This card is very underpowered. You would need at least 8 skeletons out before this card is even worth it's cost.

Looks like you have too much perm control and no creature control at all.

I suggest something along the lines of
-2 Deflagration -3 Burning Pillar -1 Photon -1 Phoenix
+2 Fire Bolt + Rain of Fire

I would keep the Pheonix and remove another Photon.

I would replace the wings with an ice shield or thorn carapace. I would also take out the precognition and add another mummy.

Instead of looking at the highest damage-cost ratio, I looked at the damage-cost ratio.
Toadfish deals a good 6 damage for a measly 29 coins.
A close second was the mummy, which deals 5 damage for 27 coins.

To be honest, this is the worst nymph ever. Light nymph is ever better - it can deal mediocre amounts of damage. The stats are horrible, and the ability is way too expensive...
