Try Aresenic + Drain Life for you kill instead of 3xPoisons, and add a Protect artefact. You want to be able to play your SoV asap.

I think I was around 25-0 last time I got to play SoSac in plat. Been 1st with it few days after. I don't think I've done better since.

Nice card!!
I would make him more vulnerable to low cost CC when he's played. Like 2/3 instead of 2/5. Scavenger is strong enough to build him up anyway.
The other thing, is Physalia. It's already so strong in Death/Water duo, I'm not sure they need such a good CC added to their kit.

The dude goes back in the past, and kills whatever family of the target to prevent him from existing. It's a murder indirectly.
Also, I'd like to avoid creating a time-darkness discard card. I think gotp & nightmare already have a huge synergy.
