1. When did they add pillars to the spin? That's completely useless. I know it makes farming Top 50 harder but what player wants it to be harder to farm rare cards?
Hey everybody above me. Farming Top50 DOES NOT have to mean exploiting farms.  Keep in mind the term "farming" usually means fighting the same enemies repeatedly to get RNG-based rewards. Even with no farms up, a good anti-T50 deck can still find it beneficial to farm T50 for rares and shards. Get off your "FARMS ARE NOT A RIGHT" high horse.

So to answer the second question: True, farming T50 is harder right now, but T500, when it comes out, should allow a more systematic method for obtaining rares than just hoping you get lucky with your opponents.

As for the first question, I agree completely. While Sodomir is right that an upped pillar is great to win because it's a free thousand :electrum, an unupped pillar is a waste of a spin.

Rolled Ferox in the Oracle today, so here I am testing my own deck for real!  I decided to upgrade a few cards too - here's the deck I ran:

Fire Bucklers and Improved Antimatter are definitely the most important upgrades - upgrading the Amethyst Pillars will take a lot more electrum for a similar effect, and Fire Bucklers improve your success rate even if you end up relying on your Mark in the start.

It butchered him, don't think he ever dropped me below 80.   :))
Since I had the upgrades, I used this version of the deck. I used it the past 5 times Ferox came up. I NEVER SAW A FREAKING FIRE BUCKLER. :'(

One issue: couldn't using Vines on your pillar/pendulum stack make it immune to EQ? (assuming your opponent only has EQs and no Deflags) Or would pillars and pendulums be off-limits?

That said, I DO love the idea of being able to stop the mono-:aether AI3 from Mindgating my entire USEM deck, or protecting my Longswords from being stolen and given the AI3 an undeserved buff.

Is it just me, or does the art for this look like it could be a Noise from The World Ends With You? Here's two of the winged bosses for comparison.

I love the art from TWEWY, so of course I love the art of this card. 8)

Irl adrenaline's effects would not really stack they would just kill you for a while.
Just for a while? So I'd come back to life? :P

Interesting ideas, but I think that this is just the kind of idea brought on by a lack of cards... I may be wrong, but as more cards are made and more synergies develop, I believe requests like this to give preexisting cards additional effects will disappear.

My personal opinion is that, with a card game, it's preferable to make new cards to do new things than to take old cards and add new effects and abilities on to what they already did. Every multi-use card makes it harder to make new cards... just look at how often people argue about Fractal in the Crucible.

Just my 2 electrum.

The artwork you have now makes them look more like robots than golems, so I thought, how about you change the name to Construct | Mythril Construct? Golem generally implies something created by magic, not something created in a forge, so Construct would be more accurate. You can (and should) call the card whatever you like, but with all the people complaining that "Golems seem more :earth than :gravity" I just had to speak up.
