Sappara tracks down the group. He turns to the shopkeeper and says,"Do elves have any specific place of worship normally?" If he says no then Sappara looks for a church type thing.

You run off to shop, i start a conversation with the shopkeep....we have one round of talking and your done shopping and back already.  No i don't think so....try to be a little realistic with timelines.  It will take you more time to shop than it takes for two people to say two sentences.

Inc: "Well, i guess the best place for information is the tavern.  Unless somebody else has a better idea."

"I'm sorry, it seems i've been rude as the past day has gone by fairly fast.  My name is Swift and i don't belive i've gotten your name yet.  But whatever it may be, it seems your with us for a reason.  Any ideas on how to get this city back into the Trees favor?"

I attempt to trip the enemy while Whisperfoot makes a full attack

Heh, it failed misserably, and as a result dies a horrible death under the claws of Wisperfoot.

A hasty search reveals they had a heavy shield, a club, a large sack full of misc stuff, and 130 gp. (which works out to be 13gp each and 65gp in the party pot.

Ariadon reloads his crossbow quickly, and carefully aims his crossbow at enemy number one. With perspiration rolling down the side of his face, he fires the bolt towards his intended target.

As soon as Ariadon released the bolt on its path he knew it would sail true.  He watched the bolt as it sailed between Maze and Geoff striking the creature in the shoulder.

Maze tries to attack the creature in front of him but as he swings, Therin's spear apears in front of him.  Maze's sword essentialy blocks Therin's spear from hitting its target.

The preceding events seem to have distracted the enemy, as it missed with its attacks as well.

Geoff swings defensively attacks the foe twice.

Geoff swings both of his weapons at the enemy, bouncing one off its shield while the other lands across the creatures arm.

There was a magic item about to be revealed!? Sappara was just taking the tree literally and was hoping for maybe a Holy-Elf-Bible of Convincingness and a green robe. Why didn't you tell me that there was a magic item that was about to be revealed?! Sappara takes almighty beings of any type quite seriously. Especially the lawful good ones. If a lawful good god came down and said to jump off a bridge, and Sappara was fully aware that the god was good, he would do it without question.

Glitch made it apparent that another mighty item would be added to the party in the last page in forum 3 (in the archive and i can't quote it now).
