Puppy did what I did before I edited my post. He treated it as a 6/6 creature and a 1/1 creature, and didn't add the 5/5 to the 1/1.

AI will deja vu an antimattered creature. This might need some testing, as it might only happen when momentum/adrenaline are on the creature, or both.

Mutation/improve change the active skill. Mummy turning into pharaoh is caused by passive skill. Doesn't seem like  a bug.

While playing against destiny, she got a mutant Devourer with paradox.
Now the thing is, the devourer still had its ability, its NATURAL ability active, as in it would take 1 random quantum from me, and turn it into darkness+ the mutant ability, which in this case was paradox.
Now when I think about it, it seems quite bizzare on one hand, and makes sense on the other.
Well, I'm no expert, but devourer's quantum taking ability is passive, where as paradox is active. It's likely mutate only changes/adds active abilities, and leaves the passive.

On a side note, does adding to an antimattered creature's attack make it go closer to zero? Because I've had my creatures AM'd and a couple had some kind of growing power, but I didn't want to help out my opponent so I did nothing 'cept mutate.
If you're at -4 and you add 2, you'd be at -2.
